A cookie sheet and a baking rack that fits in the cookie sheet is all that's required.
4-6 slices of Bacon, which can be smoked or unsmoked.
Place 4-6 slices of bacon into a 400-degree oven on the baking rack over a cookie sheet, so the drippings accumulate below the rack.)
Cook the bacon for about 20 minutes; however, monitor the bacon depending on thickness. The bacon should be crisp, but be careful to avoid burning it. Conversely, the bacon should not be limp.
Carefully preserve the bacon drippings in the cookie sheet.
