No special culinary equipment is needed to prepare this sauce.
2 tablespoons of prepared Horseradish
1 teaspoon of Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon of White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dry Mustard
3 tablespoons of reduced-fat Mayonnaise
4 Green Onions, chopped finely
1 clove of Garlic, finely chopped
½ cup of Sour Cream
Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste
Mix all of the ingredients (except the green onion) in a bowl with a whisk until completely blended. Then, whisk in the green onion. The sauce is ready to serve. You can refrigerate this for a few weeks. This sauce is great with roasted potatoes, prime rib or even on baked potatoes.
