No special culinary equipment is needed to prepare this easy gnocchi.

1 12-ounce package of Trader Joes frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi (keep them frozen until ready to cook)

2 cloves of Garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of Butter

¾ cup of Italian Red Meat Sauce, which recipe can be easily accessed by clicking that title

¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated

In a sauté pan, melt the butter over a medium-high heat and then add the minced garlic.  Cook it until the garlic is translucent but be careful not to burn the butter.  Add the frozen cauliflower gnocchi and cook it for about 10-15 minutes until the gnocchi is cooked through and browned on the outside – stirring frequently.  Once the gnocchi is cooked, add the Italian Red Meat Sauce to the sauté pan, and stir until the gnocchi is all coated and the sauce is nice and hot.  Put the gnocchi into a bowl and sprinkle the gnocchi with the grated parmesan cheese.  Serve the gnocchi immediately.

Serving Suggestion:

This is a great side dish to serve with fish, pork and/or other meat dishes.
