Cabernet Sauvignon adds depth and structure, weaving in notes of black currant and a whisper of cedar. On the palate, supple texture and lively acidity carry through to a smooth, medium-bodied finish marked by polished tannins and lingering red fruit — an elegant, Old World–inspired blend with a modern Paso Robles expression.
