"Youthful purple. A complex, deeply perfumes bouquet evokes ripe black and blue fruits, incense, olive paste and pungent flowers, and vanilla, woodsmoke and camphor nuances build in the glass. Alluringly sweet cassis, blueberry, spicecake and violet pastille flavors pick up energizing spiciness and minerality on the back half. Supple tannins creep in slowly on an impressively long, dark-berry-and-floral-accented finish that shows no rough edges."
